Once you have completed your program in Canada, if you are eligible, you can apply for a Post-Graduation Open Work permit (PGWP) within 180 days after you get your degree/ diploma, official transcript, or completing letter from the institution. If you get a skilled job in Canada (NOC 0, A, B) on a PGWP, and complete 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada, you may be eligible to apply for PR under CEC in Canada.
